Kind of a sad Mother's Day

  • Reading: Brisinger (going SLOW, so hard to get in to)
  • Watching: WAS AFV, until dad turned on Deadliest Catch
  • Playing: job hunt
  • Eating: Pizza and bread sticks!
  • Drinking: Pepsi!

3 tiger salamanders: Puddles and Unnamed 1 and Unnamed 2
2 Firebelly toads
2 Firebelly newts
1 Eastern newt
2 cockatiels: Jake and Tommyburd
22 parakeets: Jabberwocky, Greenie Peet, Goobit, Merlin, Li, Daffodil, Powder, Anastasia, Valentine, Allie, Mystery, Nimbus, Charles, Bubbles, Grayling, Toesy, Palpatine, Lemon Merangue, 4 more with undecided names
2 diamond doves: Gonzago and Julianna
1 unreleasable house sparrow: Tseebit
1 rehabilitating house finch: Chester (over the eye infection, NOW to get over the mites!)
4 betta fish
A sprinkling of feeder guppies
3 cichlids
7 breeder mice: DBTuff, Alice, Rachel, Hershey, Goldie, Bronze, Silver (and their random feeder babies)

Little B, the lizard, was found dead this morning. He'd been doing poorly for a few days, not sure what was actually wrong with him. I figure he was right about three years old, and he lived with me for over two and a half years of that time.
I have fond memories and many photos (only a few of which are currently posted!)

I've decided to release Kirkland. He's been fine since we killed the ticks infesting his body and got him over the anemia they had caused. He is big and fat and happy. There's a place very close to where he was originally found that will be PERFECT for him to go to.
