Ice Cream Potato

I'm wondering if these are known outside of Idaho. I first discovered them at the River Festival (which was once one of the country's best festivals... but oddly, due to lack of funding was canceled after 10 years. Sucks, it was a lot of fun... but I digress), and have since found at functions such as Art in the Park and the Western Idaho Fair. Apparently one of the local fast food places serves them year round. but... Idaho being known for Potatos... I'm wondering if these are served anywhere else.

It's basically a wad of vanilla icecream, shaped to look strangely potato-ish. Rolled into coco powder (which enhances the potato look by making "skin"), split open (like a baked potato), topped with whipcream (the 'sour cream'), and a mix of nuts and cookie bits (bacon and... something). At the river festival they also did shaved mint stuff so it looked like chives.

These are SOOOO yummy!
